Tomorrow at the Wed. Sept 16th Market, we will be offering something different. Graywalk Buffalo Ranch will be offering buffalo meat for sale. They will be offering a variety of cuts…steak, ground, stew, burgers, sausages, roasts, pies, pepperetts, and jerky.
Graywalk Buffalo Ranch is located in Noelville, Ontario, just south of Sudbury. Their 160 acre family-run farm is surrounded by forest and flowing rivers.
As a “Green Farm,” no chemicals or growth hormones are ever used. You can rest assured they take pride in raising their buffalo in a careful and humane manner. They do not use MSG or preservatives in any of their products.
Their bison meat products are government inspected and vacuum packed to insure the best quality and freshness.
Bison meat is similiar to beef but with a sweet, richer taste For best results, always follow the recommended cooking methods we provide since bison cooks quicker than beef.
